  Dr. Saccogna, Kristen and the staff are super nice. I have had several procedures there and they make sure I am very comfortable. All procedures are explained thoroughly and I am always satisfied with the results.

  Dr. Saccogna, as well as the audiologist Ms. McMahon, were both so professional, competent, and kind to my ailing Aunt. They did a number of CONSIDERATE things to help us! ...However, I must say that I was NOT expecting such a POSITIVE experience when I first entered and weaved my way through the waiting room to get to the glassed in receptionist window. A LOT of work needs to be done in that department. The physical layout and decor of the entry/waiting area needs a major face-lift. (The bathrooms are nice and wheelchair accessible) *Once you get past that waiting room area, everything is SO up-to-date, clean, and professional. (*He is a caring, non judgemental doctor, who is in business to help other hurting people whether or not he makes a profit.)
