- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm done with the Jervey company. They only care about money - not their customers! Not being able to meet their INFLATED prices for frames and prescription, I went with an online company. When I went back to them to get the lenses checked for accuracy, they informed me I would need to pay a $40 fee. Another $25 for a PD reading. That's almost as much as I paid for the glasses. Shouldn't they care for their customers? Sure - if you PAY them to. So here's what I did: I go down the street to Walmart and explain my problem to the fine people at their Vision Center. They not only examined my new glasses, my old glasses, told me what my PD was and explained to me in detail what the problem was - they didn't even ask for any money, though I offered to pay for their expert analysis. AND they were happy to do it. I have purchased glasses from them before and will do so again in the future because THAT'S customer care. Doctors are fine at the Jervey Group but company policy really sucks.June 07, 2017by Tommy Hunt
