  Same as William Prince! I was told my insurance was great and it would not cost me anything for my first appointment. (Standard cleaning, x-rays, etc). Was billed $147.30 for this! My insurance was a state employee policy and is GREAT coverage.... I asked for a full break down of charges and saw a $50 missed appointment fee! Make sure you truly READ the financial disclosures. I do not EVER recall making a 6 month appointment after my first visit.. my work schedule requires me to check my calendar before making any appointments. I suposedly missed that appointment (never got a reminder or anything- I've checked my email and only found reminders for my children) thankfully they did not charge me for this missed appointment, but had missed "a rescheduled appointment" that was two weeks from original date... Was charged a $50 fee. Granted, I asked to resolve this fee over a year after my date of service (when I discovered the fee) and was told they will not take the fee away. I asked if it was common practice that if I miss an appointment to automatically reschedule it two weeks later without my consent. I was told "it's [probably] in the financial disclosures". Not worth fighting this or obtaining a copy of the disclosures, but I urge anyone considering using this facility READ THE FINE PRINT. I still request to drop the $50 charge and will be glad to delete my honest review.

  Great staff! Dr. Bitar has always been wonderful with my daughter and has put her at ease when she's needed dental work. She seems to be very gentle and is caring about her patients' dental health.
